This article proposes a method and application of a decentralized personal account, Mises ID. Basic personal information and social relations of users are stored on Mises ID account, which can provide identification, developing social relations and promotion service to third party. Mises ID is generated by cryptography and blockchain technology. It’s unique, secured, and private. Besides, it's also compatible with Ethereum addresses. Mises ID accounts and data are 100% owned by the user. Any access must be authorized by the user. PBFT algorithm of Mises network helps to build a blockchain to ensure data consistency and security. Each modification to users' account data is stored on the blockchain. We will also develop a Twitter-like content-based community, Mises Discover, to demonstrate the usage of Mises ID and showcase building a decentralized community.
